Our psychology team supports adults with practical and therapeutic needs, including ADHD psychology support for focus, emotional regulation, burnout and the challenges that can come with neurodivergence.
Sessions are by telehealth, anywhere in Australia. Most people start with a longer first appointment to map out what’s going on and what you’d like to work on.
From there, sessions can be regular or as-needed. There’s no fixed program, we build it around you.
Our Telehealth Psychologist Australia service gives neurodivergent adults access to psychology support from home, wherever they are.
We don’t work in isolation. Where you have a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician already involved, we work alongside them so the care joins up.
If your ADHD or autism assessment was with our psychiatrists, your psychology support can pick up directly from there.
Our psychologists work with neurodivergent adults across ADHD, autism and common mental health concerns such as anxiety, low mood and burnout. This includes health psychology approaches where they are useful for understanding how mental health and everyday functioning interact.
We also provide counselling for depression and related emotional support, alongside adult autism assessment within our multidisciplinary clinical team.

For Medicare rebates under the Better Access initiative, yes – you’ll need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP and a referral. Better Access provides rebates for eligible sessions within the program limits.
Yes. You can access psychology privately without a referral, although a referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan are needed when seeking Medicare rebates under Better Access.
